Teen daughter is happy with this. Outside pocket that is designed for a coat is perfect for her iPad. The water bottle holders are deep enough that her hydro flask doesn’t fall out.

My son needed a larger bag for high school and this fit the bill! He got tired of carrying a separate bag for workout clothes and having to carry his lunchbox separately as well. With this bag he easily carries everything and still has room for more! He also likes the structure of the pack, he mentioned it being significantly more comfortable than his old pack.

So far, I’m very happy with my purchase of the CCP42L backpack. It’s very spacious and sturdy for my son’s needs. I wonder if LL Bean fixed the past issues. I have no problems with it at all. I’m grateful for the generous 1 year warranty which for me, is a plus and tells me LLBean stands by their products.
