Great Boots. I tried buying cheaper knock offs and returned them after wearing them twice. Only These boots hold up to the winter demands and hold up to hard wear. Warm, light, and well made. A classic and a winner.

These boots are awesome! The quality of materials is stellar. I didn’t expect a boot with a rubber bottom to be very comfortable to walk in but I was pleasantly surprised. They are very comfortable. I walk my dogs 2-3 miles everyday. They have great traction in snow and they are cosy warm with the primo loft and shearling lining. They breath surprisingly well also. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase I will enjoy these for many years as my go to winter boots. I bought size 8 and normally wear 9.5. They fit perfect. These are the often imitated, never duplicated duck boots from LL Bean. Took them to Taos Ski Valley New Mexico this year, good thing, 3 feet of snow and -15 in one night and they never let me down. They’ll perform the same for you. One note: pay attention to the sizing recommendations and if you aren’t sure call and ask.

Fresh out of the box, the boots are fantastic looking. Perfectly stitched, all parts precisely brought together. Chris, the person who stitched my boots, according to the card in the box, did a masterful job…..plus, they are warm. Too bad I had to wear them outside and get ice and snow on them.
Ordered size 10 as recommended in the description. Fit well.

A well made pair of made in the USA Boots. These boots combined with thin or medium wool socks keeps my feet warm. Thicker wool socks work well too but get a little sweaty on walks. Even on below zero days these boots work well.
The only downside I’ve come across is the lack of traction on ice. These don’t work too well on ice so tread carefully. I wouldn’t deduct any stars for this.

Received my boots and eagerly tried them out while snow-blowing. They worked great and feet were warm and dry the whole time I was outside.

Was looking for new boots and heard how great these boots are, so I decided to try them out. I was a bit worried about the shoe size. I am a size 12 but sized down to an 11 as it suggest and they fit great. They are a little snug wearing winter socks, but are overall amazing. I wish they did all black boots but very happy with the purchase. I needed a warm versatile boot and this is the one!

I replaced my 6 inch unlined Bean boots because I wore the soles smooth. It took 20 years or so. I upgraded, I’m a very happy customer. We need to support business’ like LL Bean, they are us! (We’re getting 8 inches of snow here in Colorado Springs overnight. Beans and the snow blower in the morning.)

I purchased the burgundy color and they are amazing. The fit is as explained and the construction is solid (Meg did a fantastic job). They are very comfortable and warm. If you need some winter boots these are highly recommended.

My first pair of L.L. Bean boots and they did not disappoint! Ordered one size down from my usual size 8M, and they fit perfectly with Beanās boot socks. The shearling lining, along with the tumbled leather upper makes for a soft, comfortable feel. Have not tried them in rain or snow yet, but based on other reviews, I expect to get many years of dry, comfortable wear from these boots!

I love this boot it is great for cold weather I have this in the 10″ and now the 8″ also. They are the only boots that will keep my feet warm in cold or snowy conditions. The 8″ boot is great to wear when you are in and out of the house doing chores and shopping but can still wear the comfortably when you are inside. Just a great all around winter boot and you will be very happy with your purchase. Customer service is outstanding and will help you with sizing upon request.
