These boots appear well constructed but they are woefully inadequate for the temperatures we experience in interior Alaska. The catalog says they are rated for -45F but that is wishful thinking. They’re probably fine for about 0 to -10. Sorry but cannot recommend for really cold weather!

These are high quality and very warm, comfortable boots. They are bulky and a bit heavy so don’t plan on using them for long walks or runs to the store with mild weather. These are best for snowy, extra cold weather and outdoor winter activities. They run a little big but extra room for thick socks.
