True to size. & the current longer “falls at hip” length style is perfect. I’m 5’3″ 118lbs With LLBEAN, XS vs S & Reg vs Petite depends on how I wear the item. This S/regular leaves room for winter weights sweaters. petite would probably have fit just as well.

I returned the vest mainly because I already have two in the color, but also because it was tight under the arms and really too lightweight to use for our mild winters!

I really love this vest It is comfortable, warm and stylish. Great for home, work, or just running an errand. The color is a beautiful burgundy that looks nice with a soft to mauve pink. I usually wear a small in LL Bean vests, however, I had to size up to a medium in this style. Great quality!

The vest Is sized too small. I ordered a large which is usually perfect and it is 3 inches too small. I should have heeded comments of other customers. Will exchange for larger size and hope it fits. ; (

I bought 4 of these in different colors 10 years ago. I just replaced the black one due to a broken zipper. I think they are serving me well, as a winter staple. They are a warm, fashion accessory!

I have a decade old LLBean quilted vest that has been worn to tatters.
I wanted to like this so much. Color is great. Zippered pockets. Okay, so I didn’t care for the lining much.
However, I returned it. I always wear extra small, but this was too tight in the neck if fully zipped.
The shape and cut of the garment make it uncomfortable to wear.
Please bring back a qUilted vest with pockets like before. My husband is right that my old one is in serious need of a replacement.

Excellent quality garment. Will be perfect on those Fall days on the golf course. Has just enough padding in lining to warm you up, but still able to move. Great selection of colors also. Runs small (my opinion) I am not a large person, but decided to order a Large so it is roomy enough. Definitely would purchase again. Price a little high – maybe try to catch a sale?

This is a great, little vest. I love the soft, silver color and the warm lining. The only thing that I wished it had was the inside pocket that most other LL Bean fleece and vests have.

Fitted look without being tight because there is forgivable flex in the vest which also makes it good for active-wear. I bought the classic black which goes with everything. Also, able to wear as a layer once it gets super cold.

Beautiful vest with a very cool toned rose/lavender color. Unfortunately a bit too long to be flattering and I purchased the same vest in a petite size from another store. At 5’5″ it doesn’t seem like one should need a petite sized vest, but the petite sized really looks better on me. Only the 4 stars because it was too long for personal taste.
