Danny –
Great cool weather jacket. I wish it had a zipper but it’s super comfortable and great for 50s and 60s weather. It’s a tiny bit snug but mostly true to size.
Alexander –
I really like this jacket! It fits really well and I can’t wait to wear it more once the weather cools off.
Nick –
This jacket has a great temperature range, I wear it from 30’s down into the single digits. The fit is true to LL Bean’s “slightly fitted” which for me usually means a little tight in the chest/armpits until things break in. The style is perfect for living in a mountain town, which is to say it could blend it at a place downtown where fancy ski resort people go, or at a place where locals go. On extremely windy days a little draft does come in from the waist; and I’m not sure why the waist is not elastic but the cuffs are (I would have used less elastic in the cuffs.) My biggest critique is the snaps could be better quality, they come unsnapped easily; if there was a zipper too it would be no big deal, but with winter gloves on (or even without) you are never quite sure if you got the snap to fully engage.

Light weight and warm. It’s so comfortable. Great quality product.
