I like the design, especially the full zip, but it doesn’t hang as I expect LL Bean outwear to fit. There is a more constricted point in the body that feels tight in comparison to the rest of the garment. It’s as if some pieces intended for a smaller size were mistakenly sewn in.

Love little lite jacket! Very light top layer wind breaker. Basic and simple. nice color. Zipper seems a bit janky? Splits open from the bottom when zipped? Hoping it’s a fluke…and after it breaks in it won’t do this? Bean is good about returns so I’m not too worried.

Great fit, nicely made. The material feels nice and comfortable, not like some rain jackets that feel more like plastic or nylon. The tall size/length is a great addition. I haven’t tried the jacket in the rain yet as it was delivered 3 months later than my trip where I needed it and I haven’t been in rain since I received the LL Bean jacket. Overall, the jacket is of great quality, comfortable, and I would recommend.

I had been looking for a new windbreaker for a while, and I knew of LL Bean’s reputation. Reading the reviews, there are a lot of conflicting opinions on if this jacket runs small or large. I’m generally a medium in windbreakers and light jackets so I went with that. It fits me just as I’d expect a medium to fit and I’d call it true to size. I’m not jacked and I’m not skinny either; just a very average midwestern build. I dont plan on layering with this jacket except for t shirts and long sleeve t shirts. So if you’re looking for a mild temperature jacket for just wearing out or hiking, look no further!

The size is right and the fit is perfect! It is water repellant and breathable at the same time. It made really well and looks like I will use it for a long time. I adore the color that I got and really stands out when out in the wild. I highly recommend this wind breaker to who likes the outdoors.

Hood is a little big and covers my eyes. Works well if I wear a ball cap though. Otherwise, exactly what I wanted.
