I am so happy with this vest. I got the blue in my usual size large (5'8" 160#) and the fit is perfect. The lining is a nice autumn color, I would call it cayenne (not red, not orange). The blue color is more muted than it appears online. I like the cuddly feel of the fabric, and it is more slimming than a jacket would be in this pile fleece. Over a shirt or light pullover sweater this is perfect for the low 50's weather we are having this week. I hope this will be offered in more colors soon.

I already wrote a review but since I'm not able to edit it, just wanted to add that the two interior pockets on this vest are nice and deep, very secure for travel or just out and about. And those interior pockets are lower for ease of use (not up by your chest). The exterior pockets could be a bit bigger for women like me whose hands are often cold, but at least they both have zippers, so you won't lose your keys, etc. Love the vest. Fit is roomy enough for a sweater underneath. Wishing for more colors.

I have lost over 50 pounds in the past year. Because of that, I have been exceptionally cold this Winter. I’ve been wearing layer upon layer in an attempt to get warm. Tee shirt. Over that, an LL Bean Henley Waffle Weave long sleeve shirt. The waffle weave really does help keep the heat in. Then, an LL Bean cashmere sweater. THEN…I used to wear a regular LL Bean fleece vest. But now instead of that, I’ve been wearing this Mountain Pile Fleece Vest. It is so warm and cozy. I recently washed it to see how it would come through a washing and drying, and it came through with flying colors. No shrinkage. Still soft. I know, it’s a little pricy, but I think it’s worth the cost.

I am 5’3″, 110 lbs. and I got the xs in black. It is a generous fit, which I wanted. I think the xxs would have fit fine if I wanted a closer fit. It is a thick warm fleece and excellent quality. It should last many years. I am not a fan of the gray trim on the edges, but I like the vest enough to keep it anyway. LLB: How about a silvery heather gray next season?

So warm and comfortable. I had this vest in a smaller size (ahemblame COVID) and passed that one on to a friend who just loves it.

Warm and cute!!!
Looks great to wear out. My use is for hiking, so it’s perfect for that in Spring and Fall..

Returning it! too bulky, will be getting a different model

I love the fabric material and warmth it provides. Looking forward to wearing it next fall/winter. The color is beautiful.

The quality of fleece is not what I would expect for a vest that was fairly pricey. Also fit is boxy and too long. I should note that I have a very long torso

Runs a little big. I’m 5’5 and 140 lbs. I ordered a medium. It’s ok because I’m going to wear it over heavier sweaters in Iceland. But kind of wish I had gotten the small. It’s made well.

Wildly unflattering on a plus size figure. I’m only 5’3″ and it was too short for me, waist fit fine, chest was huge (and I have a big chest). Fabric under the arms was flapping in the breeze and was overall very boxy and made me look even more huge than I actually am. Wanted so badly to love this, it was great quality and the styling was really cute…the fit was just so so bad.
