My husband likes them and he has a half dozen new pairs because he likes to sleep in them. I personally find the quality control to be unacceptable. The very first time he wore three of these brand new shorts, the drawstring in the waistband pulled right out as he was tightening it. The drawstring is in two pieces with an odd piece of masking type tape sewn on one edge. almost as if that was holding it together. It’s totally bizarre. I have now had to sew three waistband drawstrings back together and then safety-pin an end and weave the drawstring back into the waistbands. It’s absolutely ridiculous and it has annoyed me to no end. The quality of the clothing has really gone downhill. He says they are comfortable. He likes them. I say their suppliers should do a much better job sewing their clothing and LLBean is slowly losing me as a customer.

Perfect lounge shorts. Love the pockets. Don’t care for the fake zipper part in front. Don’t need it. They are one of the best pair of shorts I own.

Very comfortable but the string ties are too short to tie. I’ve never had that happen with pajamas or tie pants.
