The C –
The pants are overpriced but very comfortable and are great for warm-weather hiking, golfing, etc. when you don’t want to wear shorts/cutoffs – bugs, bushes, etc.
Thom –
Great fit – comes in a variety of in between sizes – perfect for the trail, horseback riding or just around town.
Brenda –
I originally bought these for Christmas for my husband. He hikes and does photography in the winter. He loved these and said they were super warm. I happened to see a pair on the sale rack in the store so I picked up a second pair.

I had to pack light for a 7-day Alaska adventure, and decided to go with the Cresta at my local Bean store. What a perfect pant! This was literally the only pant I wore, from Anchorage all the way to Denali, on the Talkeetna River and a strenuous hike & climb up Cathedral Mountain in Denali NP. A downpour while hiking in Girdwood, and a stream crossing on the Teklanika, did test the pants…they are water-resistant but not -proof. However, they do dry extremely quickly. These pants are super comfortable, flexible, and they look great – going from a tactical bouldering excursion at Savage Creek to a dinner later that night. They are appropriate pretty much anywhere.

Comfortable, look great. Easy care, no wrinkles after washing.
JumpingBean –
Great Mens hiking pant! Awesome fit! Very comfortable dries quick.
L8APEX –
I really like these pants. I’m 5’10”, 175 lbs. and chose the 34×29 Standard Fit in khaki. The design, fabric and fit are all great. Cargo pockets are unobtrusive. Gusseted crotch plus stretch fabric allows ease of movement. Standard Fit sits just right- not to high, not to low. They’re light, simple and good looking. Would definitely recommend.
Croc –
Great pants. Dudrable and comfortable for hiking or just using as traveling pants. Very light weight for packing. I have several pairs of the shorts made out of the same material. I use the shorts and the pants to pack for trips overseas to keep the weight down in the suit cases. They look good and have zippered pockets that keep valuables safe.
David –
Fit perfectly. Light material for summer travel – dries quickly.
Andy –
These are comfortable and fit me well. As an artist, I use them when painting and sketching on location without fear of destroying my pants in the brush. They also look great when I wear them in the classroom. This is a great combination of features for me.
Captross –
Size was accurate. What I like is the back pockets and leg pockets have zippers instead pocket flaps with velcro fasteners and the front has a heavy duty snap instead of a button. I wore my previous pair of these slacks for four years with no problems. I lost weight, got a new pair. the quality is very good.
Fred B –
These are my new favorite casual pants with superb fit, feel, fabric, and all-around functionality.
Tulip –
I bought these hiking pants for my husband. He loves them. Excellent fit. Lots of handy pockets. The charcoal blue color is beautiful.
AlWas –
Great fit and design. Comfortable material. Perfect warm weather weight. I bought second pair for evening wear.

LeapMon –
I love the fit, feel and look of the pants. Only wish the front pockets were deeper.
Toox –
These pants have great details. If you are an ‘outdoor’ person but also prefer to chase a good-looking outfit, buy it without a doubt. The shape, the color, the function, the price, you know.
MTMomma –
These pants can easily transition into dressier pants for eating out, etc. Great for traveling as well.
Hiker B –
These are great hiking pants for 3 seasons. The men’s lengths were a little off. (Too long compared to an older pair of identical size.)
David H –
Good quality. Great fit. Will wear well on our travel adventures.
Wayne –
extremely comfortable, light weight and the stretchable fabric keep them comfortable in any position.
Streamteam S –
These pants are my go to all round activity pants, whether hiking, sailing or traveling. They are comfortable, look smart, are functional, and easy to care for in all the activities in which I’m engaged. Lastly, they are lightweight and pack wonderfully.
Bath D –
Comfortable pants that travel well and stand up to lots of walking, sitting in airports and on planes. A handy pair of pants, the kind of pants that Solomon Grundy would like, Brainiac, too
David J –
Better than the “Cresta mountain” pants, which I’ve worn for years.
Rejiii –
Very roomy without being baggy, very comfortable, suitable for everyday and casual wear. A good pants all around
