These were a Christmas gift for my husband. This is his third pair of these slippers over the years and eventually he just wears them out. He still loves them and wears them all the time. Warm & comfy and always a big hit on Christmas morning. Particularly welcome on a morning that's minus 9 degrees. 🙂

These are the most comfortable slippers I have owned. My second pair. I have a narrow foot, so I got a full size smaller. They fit perfectly!

The LLBean slippers delivered did not match what I ordered. The slippers did not contain the lamb dryed real fur inside.

Bottom is same slick leather as upper. Dangerous for carpeted surfaces.

The slippers were returned due to although looking great, they were not made to the standard that was expected. The sole was very thin. It was disappointing.

Every man (from when was little, up until today) who has owned these never wants anything else (brand or model). I got these for my boyfriend after he reminisced about them from years ago; the comfort of the leather bottom, the lifetime quality of how it’s made, and how they are the only house shoes he had ever loved. He tried the fuzzy interior ones for the first time and he was so happy with them that he teared up a little when he first put them on. Like seriously, men love this shoe.
The fashion, I don’t think that matters as much to them because they are just for wearing in the house. What matters to them is the absolute comfort, reliable durability, and the way the leather shapes around the feet over time. It has to be LL Bean and it has to be this model. It’s a thing.

I just took these out of the box and slipped them onto my feet. I’ve owned several pairs of shearling lined shoes and slippers and these are definitely outstanding. I enjoyed the last pair of another brand I owned, but after two years it was time for a change. The genuine shearling in these is a higher quality. The toe box on the other brand was wider and I preferred that, but these are by no means uncomfortable, just a bit more snug.
If you’ve read other reviews that they are slippery on carpet, you can take that advice to the bank. My home had hardwoods, but as soon as I stepped onto an area rug, I knew I was going to have to proceed with caution.
There’s a brand in Maine that hand-makes similar slippers for three times this price. I have a hard time imagining they are three times better. I’m pleased with the quality of the materials and stitching.
