The length is perfect for my 9 year old, but she is on the thinner side so they are a bit loose. We like these for cold days in Central Oregon and xc skiing.

I bought these for my 6 y.o. granddaughter and she immediately fell in love with them. She will only wear leggings and hates how jeans feel, and she prefers these above all her other leggings. The color was beautiful too. She walks to school, so these give her a little more warmth than regular leggings.
