The slightly fitted Tall Large are the only LLBean short sleeve tees that fit me. Standard fits Large or XL are too short and baggy. This material is slightly stretchy with poly blend but still feels and breathes like cotton. I’m now buying two in the solid colors but would like to buy more patterned versions as well. This one shrunk only slightly after first wash and dry but that made it fit even better.

If you like bright colors and stripes in a tee shirt meant for adult men (rather than boys’ sizes), this is a good place to start. Seems to be a little hard to find this style in men’s sizes from most outfitters so I grabbed this one. Substantial fabric without being too heavy. Still have to see how it holds up to several wash cycles. I bought the regular size (not tall), and the length could have been 1 to 1 and1/2 inches longer to suit my taste (but my experience with LL Bean has been that tall means really tall). I can recommend this to others. I didn’t give it a “5 star” rating because I reserve 5 stars only for near once-in-a lifetime finds, and I don’t believe in “rating inflation”.

Tee shirt has multiple stripes and different stripe width, which is unusual given most tees have just 2 colors and a narrower width.

I really like the style of this shirt but the polyester cotton blend causes me to have extra bad body odor. What’s so bad about 100% cotton?

I ordered three T-shirts. They are of different styles but all advertised as “slightly fitted.” Oddly, this one (Explorer Tee) is about two inches wider than the other two. I bet it is a “regular” fit, despite the label saying “slightly fitted.” In the photo, all three shirts are stacked together, with this (wider) one at the bottom. I would not recommend it only if you need a true “slightly fitted.” I like the pattern of the shirt though.
