This is my third fleece lined shirt I have purchased over several years. I wear the other two constantly over the winter and it keeps me warm on chilly winter days here in Wisconsin. I was a little concerned when I read that they changed the type of lining, because that fluffy warm wrap was so wonderful. The new lining is not as fluffy or 'furry', but is still very soft to the touch and just as warm, so I am very satisfied. And it has snaps and POCKETS! Double bonus! I got it just in time to take up to my cabin for a fall hunting trip and it was the perfect thing to keep me cozy beside the fire.

I love this shirt. My old fleece zip-up that I wear every single day around the house in winter was showing its age, so I decided to give this a try. It's wonderful! Love the fact that the fleece is in the sleeves, too. It makes me happy putting it on! My only (small) complaint is that the shoulders are a little boxy — I look a bit like I have shoulder pads on. At the same time, the actual shoulder span is a little tight, even for a pretty petite person (5' 3", 135). The shirt fits great everywhere else, but when I stretch out my arms, it pulls tight across the shoulders. Mostly I wear it unbuttoned, so it's tolerable, but I do wish it were a little looser in that area. I love the snaps, and love the color (blue). Great shirt, all in all!

I have this shirt in the blue & ivory plaid – very lovely, lightweight flannel (yes it is flannel), nice lining, etc love the snaps & deeper pockets. Was waiting to get black plum, but I am returning it. Online the blue in the plaid looks nice &. bright, but be forewarned the key word here is "black" plum – the shirt is very dark in color (both the plum and blue), making it dowdy looking, dull and lifeless. Really – I don't want neon colors but something brighter would be nice (PS – again – the blue plaid is lovely, how about a lighter green?).

Previously bought PL in Capri Blue and after a year or so, it's still as soft & beautiful (washed in cold water and either cool heat dry or hang to dry). So, this year decided to get the Black Plum in PL. The shirt arrived quickly but I am very dissatisfied with the color: what appears to be a brighter blue/plum is in fact a drab, dull dark navy like blue and more of a burgundy than plum. The fleece lining is, to me, navy blue. So it's going back for the Marine Blue (which at least has some green without being dark). The shirt is fine & well made but LLB needs to rethink this in Fall & Winter colors, say browns, Sienna, etc. I had to re-order in a Regular Large (sleeves a bit longer than petite, not a problem).

On these cooler days when I get up in the early morning to walk my dog this is all I need to keep warm. It’s soft and toasty. The fit is loose enough to wear a long sleeve t-shirt underneath.

I love these shirts, have a lot. They’re warm and cozy, although for lounging around the house, I prefer the men’s version. But LL Bean has really messed me up: the shirts used to have buttons, now they have snaps. So now I’m trying to unbutton the snap shirts, and trying to unsnap the button shirts, which is the greater problem; I’m sure one of these days, I’ll send a button flying! Why did you do this to me, Bean?

I waited 4 and a half months for this shirt jacket; it is worth the wait now that it has finally arrived. I ordered the Medium Regular so I could wear layers under it in cold weather. I love the blue snaps and the fact it is lined with soft fleece. The sleeves are too long, but when turned up, the gray fleece lining shows and they look OK. I haven’t washed it yet so can’t report whether it shrinks or still looks nice after washing. Crossing my fingers.

I think this is the fourth fleece lined flannel shirt that I’ve ordered from Bean. The winters in TN are mild compared to ME, so this shirt suffices as my “winter jacket” most of the time. It’s lightweight and not bulky. The fleece lining is soft and comfortable. I look forward to getting Bean’s winter catalog, just to see what new patterns may be offered!

I bought the blue and white one. It is soft and comfortable. The color and style are exactly what the picture shows. The reason I didn’t give this five stars is because I thought since it was a womans fleece it would be less boxy.

So disappointed in the quality of the fabric and the jacket overall. I bought mine (for men) 4yrs ago and it was thick external flannel and thick fleece inside lining. Thought I would buy my wife a similar since she always wears mine…I was shocked and embarrassed at the quality Llbean makes now…have to rethink buying anything else. Now that I’m living on the West Coast, there’s no opportunity for me to shop in-store as before when living on the East Coast…

This is the 4th shirt I’ve had. I like them a lot but I sit a lot watching tv with my arm on the sofa armrest which has caused holes in the sleeve of that arm. LLBean no longer has satisfaction guaranteed.

This jacket is super soft and comfortable, the lining makes it nice and cozy. The patterns all seem a little less feminine then I would prefer. The sleeves are roomy making it easy to wear over a bulky top.
