I used this top for gardening. It kept the sun off my chest and arms, and kept me cool. It dries quickly, and breathes so well. My chances of using it for swimming are low, but I’m thinking of buying another one! I’m imagining walking the dogs, yard work/gardening. I try to avoid sun exposure as much as possible, and this fits the bill.

This sun shirt does exactly what it is supposed to do. I have worn it twice ( received lots of compliments too!) and it is comfortable and blocked the sun completely.
I wore it while bike riding to protect my aging skin and didn’t get too hot at all.
It does seem big around the torso but I sized up because I didn’t want it to be super clingy. I would recommend buying your usual size.

Love the shirt. It’s the perfect amount of stretch and the colors are nice. I already bought a second one in a different pattern. I swim in the ocean and it’s very hot on the gulf coast this time of year. I like the long sleeves to protect against the sun and this shirt is breathable enough to wear in the summer heat.

So far (the summer is still young) I’ve found this shirt to be perfect for 70-to-80 degree days in the sun. I haven’t yet tested it for weather in the nineties. It is lightweight, generously cut (read comfortable!), and protects all covered parts from the sun without the need for sunscreen. It washes easily and comes out of the laundry looking new…And it doesn’t hurt that it coordinates perfectly with a swim set I bought earlier this season.

Fit and comfort are spot on. It looks nice, and performs as promised: I wore it over my bathing suit instead of slathering myself with sun screen. On a sunny day at Popham Beach, I was comfortable, the long sleeves didn’t make it too hot, and I did not burn. The material is stretchy and thin, but appears durable. My shirt survived a marauding sea gull ambush without a snag; unfortunately my sandwich did not!
