When I purchased these, I was looking for something simple/comfortable to wear around the house in the summer and – boy! – did these deliver! Incredibly lightweight, they’re perfect – not just for just lounging around, but fabulous for practicing yoga.
I normally wear a Bean 16, so I was somewhat surprised when TrueFit told me to purchase an XL. Since I normally wear a Bean L in bottoms, that’s what I bought, prepared for the shorts to be a little tight. Instead, they fit like a dream. Highly recommend!

Beautifully made, and nice soft fabric. The waist is simply too large, and there is no easy way to make it smaller. I have an hourglass figure, though not extreme. I would guess a straight figure would find them perfect.

Love these sleep shorts. Only wish they had pockets. Waistband is wide but doesn’t roll up. The shorts are short but roomy. Not something you’d wear sitting cross legged among others.

Full disclosure: I didn’t buy these for sleeping, and I’ve never slept in them, but they are the best running/jogging shorts I’ve ever had. My previous favorites were sleepwear that I found at the Salvation Army, and when they wore out, I tried regular running shorts, but they just didn’t do it for me. These are lightweight and completely unbinding, almost like not wearing anything except way more decent.
I got them a little big, so they sit low enough to be an inch more modest, yet they are in no danger of falling off. No pockets is too bad, but I almost always run from home, so I don’t really need anything (car key, driver’s license) that I would put in a pocket anyway.

Very comfortable. Wide elastic at waist is a plus. The loose legs keep the shorts from tangling during sleep. As another reviewer pointed out, the loose legs can reveal too much if sitting cross legged.
