I bought a 6 as I wear a 6 1/2 in shoes and always got a 6 in LL Bean slippers always fit perfectly. Did that with these but they are still to big so I will be sending them back which is sad as the colors are beautiful. Hopefully the 5 will work I have my doubts as I think the 51/2 would be perfect. I will rewrite when the 5 comes in.

I normally wear a size 8 but read several reviews saying to order a size down. The 7 is a perfect fit! I wear them everyday year round. They are so comfortable and the sole is perfect for running to the mailbox. When its time for new slippers I will absolutely be buying these again, although I’m sure with the excellent quality, these will last for years.

The suede is soft and nice and the color is as shown. Fit is true to size. But LLBean quality control missed that the left and right shoe are cut differently and look different – the left is wider and squarer-toed. So, they look a bit odd, which I guess is ok for slippers worn only at home. This pair was a replacement for ones I ordered a few weeks back that had the exact same problem!!

These slippers are outstanding! Based on other reviews, as I wear a half size I ordered a half size lower so I would have a snug fit. I am older and sloppy fits are a recipe for accidents. The slipper is evenly and well lined with lambs wool. The sole is firm enough to absorb walking pressure so you don’t feel the floor. And the slipper holds it’s shape, which is extremely important to me. My feet feel cozy but do not overheat. The leather lace allows me to adjust the snugness around the top of the slipper and stays tied. It will loosen a little over time and I just re-tie it and carry on. I wear these slippers everyday, most of the day, unless I am out and about as we don’t wear outdoor shoes inside our home. When the lambs wool starts compacting inside the slipper, I just fluff it up with my fingers and it is like new again. I have purchased other brands prior to buying these slippers, and these are the ones that I am keeping. As far as the price goes, I had purchased another brand for the same price which went into the trash. So to me, regarding all the points mentioned above, these are worth the price.

I have small feet (size 5) and I am very thankful that LL Bean is committed to continuing carrying a quality product for small feet when so many companies no longer make a size 5 . The quality, craftsmanship and fit of LL Bean products are superior to the fast fashion and cheap clothing saturating the market. As the product name implies, these slippers are, in fact, “wicked good.” Very soft, comfortable, and durable. This is my second pair, and I’ll continue to buy these for as long as L. L. Bean sells them. I recommend ordering a full size down. I’m usually a size 9 1/2 in women’s shoes, but for these, I need an 8.

I really didnāt think I would like these, because they are fur lined. As it turns out, I love them because they are fur lined! They are cozy without being too hot. The soles donāt slip when Iām walking in hardwood floors. Theyāre a keeper!
