At L.L.Bean Fashion Shop, we strive to get your adventure gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s how we handle your order:

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment.

Please note: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. If your item isn’t the perfect fit for your adventure, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Returns & Exchanges Process

1. Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer support at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and labels. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
4. Ship Your Return: Ship to the address provided using a trackable service for peace of mind.
5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Coolers and Lunch Bags (hygiene reasons)
• Bedding (if opened or used)
• Dining products (if opened or used)
• Garden & Outdoor items (if used or installed)

If you receive a defective item from these categories, contact us immediately for assistance.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
