• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment
• We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote areas
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing
• Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase:

• Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
• Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
• Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and labels
• Include a copy of your order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection
• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
